(i) The employee should be physically and mentally fit and have the necessary capacity for introductory service.

(ii) No punishment should be meted out in the case of any departmental inquiry which is ongoing or proposed to be done by the aged employees to be appointed on a probation period.

(iii) appointed on a probation period, the concerned person will not have the right to accommodate the moment of inclusion of service in any cadre of the Government and to avail any other benefits of regular service.

(iv) The competent authority for an appointment has the right to terminate the service on a probation period to such employee at any time in special circumstances.

(v) The person appointed on a probation period will be required to maintain confidentiality regarding the documentary information and supporting materials they receive.

(vi) The persons assigned on a probation period will be required to complete the work assigned to them within the stipulated period. The competent authority would evaluate the work by reviewing it from time to time.

(vii) The right to reject the application received without giving any reason, as well as to suspend or cancel the process, is reserved.

(viii) Age criteria (Open- 33 years, SC & ST- 33 + (5 years) OBC – 33 Years + (3 years).

(ix) No complaint will be accepted. The final decision rests with the institution selection committee
